1. General Introduction

DXN series voltage indicator is suitable for indoor switchgears with rated voltage 3.6、7.2、12、24、27.5 & 40.5kV，rated frequency 50Hz. It works with voltage sensors to indicate the circuit is electrifying or not. The indicator can be taken out and changed without opening the panel of voltage indicator. 

2. Normal Service Conditions

• Ambient temperature: -25 ℃ ～ + 40 ℃

• Altitude: ≤ 1000m                                  

• Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%

• Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%

• Pressure of water vapor: daily average≤ 2.2kPa, monthly average≤ 1.8kPa.

• Without filthy, flammable, explosive chemical corrosion or salt place.

3. Type Demonstration

T type voltage indicator: when the voltage of HV side is between 15%-<65% of rated voltage, the voltage indicator will indicate the electric status of HV side.

Q type voltage indicator: besides the function of T type, Q type also has following functions:

Among 3 HV phases, when the voltage of any phase is up to 65% to 100%, the control relay’s output contact J will be opened and in compulsory blocking status. Please see terminal K1, K2 in following wiring diagram.

When 3 phases are all not electrified, 1) when the secondary power supply is working and output terminals are connected, it is unlocking status; 2) when the secondary power supply is opened and the output terminals are opened, it is in protective blocking status.

The optional working voltages of indicator are AC220V, DC110V, DC220V.
