Vacuum Circuit Breaker 24kV

 

1. General Introduction

 

VS1-24 vacuum circuit breaker is widely used in indoor air-insulated switchgears rated 24kV, 50(60)Hz. It conforms to standards of GB1984、IEC 62271-100:2001、GB11022、IEC 60694 and DL/T 403. Under normal service conditions and within its technical data scope, VS1-24 vacuum circuit breaker can satisfy all kinds of operations of electric grids at normal or accidental conditions, including making and breaking short circuit current.

 

The embedded poles (primary main loop) of VS1-24 vacuum circuit breaker are made by APG techniques, embedding its vacuum arc extinguish chamber and upper and lower wire-outgoing ends with epoxy resin for an integration. The embedded poles improve the distribution of electric field around poles, enhance the insulation reliability, reduce adjustment operations of circuit breakers and pollution outside of chamber, and enhance its environmental applicability.

 

VS1-24 vacuum circuit breaker can made to be fixed type or withdrawable type; installed in the front or laterally installed. The structure is similar to 12kV vacuum circuit breakers, but with larger sizes.

  • Ambient temperature: -15℃ ~ +40 ℃
  • Altitude: ≤1000m
  • Relative humidity:daily average relative humidity ≤ 95% monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90% Free from fire, explosion, heavy pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
  • The earthquake intensity ≤ 8 degree
