Withdrawable Truck for VCB

1. General Introduction

DPC series trucks for withdrawable circuit breakers can be well equipped with ABB VD4 or VCB with similar structure. They can be electrically-operated or manually-operated. Different specifications of locking plates are optional for different circuit break structures. Please specify the type of the circuit breakers that trucks are to be matched with so that we can choose the right locking plates for your application.

There are manual and motorized trucks on options.

Type Description

Remark: Our default model is usually for 12kV circuit breakers. Please state clearly if the application is for 24kV circuit breakers.

Locking Plates for Different Circuit Breaker Structures

Remark: Most of our withdrawable trucks are to be working with ABB’s VD4. If so, the locking plate shall be the model: 8xS.142.012.2

3. Motorized Truck: Electrical Operation Function (650, 800, 1000mm)

DPC-4M-650, DPC-4M-800, DPC-4M-1000 (M indicates motorized type)

4. Truck with Interlock of Switchgear Door: /G, /S

Model: /G

This model of truck will provide following function: when the door of switchgear is opened, the truck can not be cranked in or out; only when the door of switchgear is closed, the truck can be operated. Generally, the function doesn’t require change on door of switchgear.

Model: /S

This model of truck has another hook besides the function described in model /G. When the truck is leaving testing position, the door of switchgear will be closed. Only when the truck is backed to testing position, the door of switchgear can be opened. Generally, this function would require change the door of switchgear.
